DELUXE
ROOM — Choice of queen bed or king bed with a sofa
bed, or 2 queen beds. All rooms have a sitting area with table & chairs,
private bath, and patio or deck.
TWO
ROOM SUITE — King size bed, sitting/dining room with
sofa bed, kitchen or kitchenette and private bath. Some with
fireplace, water view and private deck.
Room rates are for one or two people. Extra person aged 16 and over
are $15 per night May-Oct., $10 Nov.-Apr. Maximum of 3 adults/room.
Cots and cribs are available for $10 a night.
There is a 2 night minimum during the summer season, 3 nights for
holiday weekends.
Holiday and peak vacation periods during other
times are slightly higher and may be subject to a 3 night minimum.
A deposit of 50% of the total charge is required to secure a reservation,
and for one night must be paid in full. The balance is due at check-in.
Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks at check-in.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. A written
cancellation must be received 10 days in advance of your arrival
date. To receive a refund, you must cancel outside the 10 days and
a cancellation number must be obtained. Early departures will forfeit
payment of your full stay.
All major credit cards and ATM cards are accepted.
Rooms are not guaranteed until 3 p.m. for arrival. Check-out time
is before 11 a.m. Failure to check-out will result in additional
night charge.
Sorry, NO pets are allowed. We have a list of recommended kennels
in the area.
NO Bicycles are permitted in guest rooms.
A conference room is available for small business meetings.
Computer and complimentary Wi-Fi are available for guest use. Please
